Payment Options
We offer flexible payment methods to suit your needs:
Credit Card Payments
Pay your tuition using a credit card. Visit the Blackbaud website for details.
Check Payments
Mail a check, make a one-time payment online, or set up automatic monthly payments from your checking or savings account.
Bank’s Online Bill Pay
You can use your bank’s online bill pay service. Note: Payments may be sent as a paper check, so schedule payments at least 7 days before your due date to avoid delays.

Why is my monthly amount different each month?
Your total due may vary due to adjustments, fees, or discounts applied by PSED. Check out Tuition and Billing for Fee Information.
What if I think my bill is incorrect?
Contact the Parent Help Center at (888) 868-8828. Blackbaud will work with PSED to clarify the amount due.
What is the quickest way to make a payment?
Pay online at www.parent.blackbaud.school.
Call (888) 868-8828 to make a payment over the phone.
What is PSED’s late payment policy?
Payments are due by the 15th of each month.
A $40 Follow-Up Service Fee may apply for late or missed payments.
Blackbaud will send reminders to help you avoid fees.
Are there fees for failed payments?
A $30 fee will be applied for failed payments (e.g., auto-debit, phone, web, or check payments). Your bank may also charge additional fees.
Automatic Payments & Account Updates
Set Up Automatic Payments: Log in to your account at BlackBaud or call (888) 868-8828.
Update Banking Information: Changes must be made at least 3 business days before your next scheduled payment.
Online Account Access
Once logged into your Smart Tuition account, you can:
Make payments.
Review payment history.
Update payment or personal information.
View and print invoices (if not on automatic debit).
See an itemized breakdown of tuition, fees, and discounts.
